Short intervals are a clue, not a verdict.
Intervals under 80 ms are flagged in single-click mode. Fast intentional clicks can trigger this too. Try 30–50 slow single clicks, change USB ports, and compare.
How to use this test
- Choose single-click mode and click slowly 30–50 times.
- Look for intervals shorter than 80 ms.
- Retest on another USB port if suspicious events persist.
Does a suspicious interval mean the switch is broken?
No. Fast deliberate clicks, macros, and software can produce short intervals. The 80 ms rule is a screening heuristic. Repeated slow-click tests provide more useful evidence.
Where is my test data stored?
The test runs on your device. Results are only saved to this browser when you choose Save. Clear them from the report page at any time. Audio and video are never uploaded.
