Why are side buttons not detected?
Browser navigation or mouse software can intercept side buttons. Check button assignments and try another browser; absent events do not prove hardware failure.
Where is my test data stored?
The test runs on your device. Results are only saved to this browser when you choose Save. Clear them from the report page at any time. Audio and video are never uploaded.
